This is a very usual souvenir brooch with an ornate flower basket design, in a scrolled mount, made from gold tone metal and glass imitation pearl elements.  Of moderate quality, this quirky brooch is probably 1920s to 1940s in age and has some wear to the gold tone colour.  The brooch fastens with a trombone clasp.
