New in that it has not been used but there is no original tags and item has been handled and stored. There is some dust and scuffs/marks as pictured. Some lint/fuzzies on sides. Straps may be a little smushed from storing. No size tag but measures about 12” toe to heel of sole. Sold as is. Check condition and sizing; no returns.
