- WATER-FILLED DESIGN – Designed to be filled with water to create a smooth, impact-absorbing striking surface that can comfortably take hard power punches, including heavy hooks, uppercuts and more. The internal water weight provides consistent shock absorption during training, making the bag feel significantly heavier and denser than the space it occupies.
- SIZE GUIDE (S / M / L) – Small is head-sized with fast movement for accuracy and advanced drills. Medium is a classic all-round heavy bag with realistic swing and great for power combos. Large is the most stable and absorbs big shots with minimal movement.
- PLAIN WHITE OUTER SHELL + HEAT-FUSED LOGO – Clean, simple appearance suitable for home gyms. The logo is cooked directly into the vinyl during production, meaning it is permanent. There will be a slight colour difference around the square mould area where it is fused, as well as natural vinyl characteristics such as faint outlines or small creases on the bag. These are normal for water-filled vinyl bags and do not affect performance.
- SELF-FILL SYSTEM – Ships empty. Includes a basic filling nozzle already attached to a short, bare piece of 1/2 inch garden hose pipe. To fill the bag, connect this hose piece to your own hose pipe using a standard hose joiner. When filling the bag insert the filling nozzle deep into the bag’s valve, push it in firmly to ensure proper water flow.
- SAFETY & USAGE NOTICE – Use this bag entirely at your own risk. It should only be used by individuals trained in correct striking technique and wearing appropriate protection such as boxing gloves and wrist wraps (never use bare knuckle). Always check the softness of the bag before each session; in cold weather the bag can become very firm, if this occurs you must allow it to warm back to normal indoor temperature before striking. Our water-filled bags are built for durability, but no water-based product is completely failure-proof, so there is always a small possibility of leakage. Install and use the bag in a secure area, away from valuables or anything that could be damaged by water.
- MOUNTING - The bag must be mounted to a solid, load-bearing surface such as reinforced metal or concrete, using a professionally installed mount rated well above the filled weight, and there must be enough clearance for the bag to swing safely without contacting walls, objects or people.
- SAFETY & USAGE NOTICE - This product is intended for high-level personal training and can handle intensive use, but all impact equipment experiences wear and tear over time; lifespan varies with usage, environment and mounting conditions, and for best performance we recommend replacing the water bag approximately every 12 months. Although many customers, including private gyms and experienced fighters, report long-term reliable use, this product is officially intended for personal use only and is not certified for commercial gyms or public facilities.
