Q:How to do DPF regeneration with CRP129HD?

A:1.Confirm the following Test Conditions:

a. Turn on the vehicle and run the engine at idling speed. b. Cooling water temperature is above 60 degrees Celsius.c. The gear is in neutral, the handbrake is on, and the vehicle speed is 0.5 km/h. d. The clutch, accelerator, and brake pedals are not to be pressed. d. Do not press the clutch, gas, and brake pedals.e. Temperature upstream of the DPF is below 650 degrees Celsius. f. Temperature upstream of the DOC is below 600 degrees Celsius.f. Temperature upstream of the DOC is below 600 degrees Celsius.g. DPF carbon load over 22g must be cleaned before performing the DPF reset function.

2.Test Steps Here：At the beginning of the test, the engine speed is increased to 1500-2000 rpm, the DPF temperature can be increased to 650 degrees Celsius to burn the carbon particles in the DPF, and after the burning is completed, the speed is decreased, and the DPF is cooled down automatically. The whole process is automatically controlled by the ECU without human intervention.

Temperature of the urea tank is between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius, and the urea level is above 20%.
