Clock is in excellent condition.  One small mark in the top-left corner of the plastic face.  Seems to be on inside.  Clock is electric and has never been removed from the package which would require tearing the pull tabs on the back of the box.  Very clean package.  No stains, tears, fading, odors, or damage of any sort.  Hard to believe that it is 50 years old.  Measures approximately 5.25" w x 3.25" h x 2.25" d.
