Both books have covers that are chipping and shedding dust. I do my Best to package things as securely as possible but more chips and dust may be present when the books arrive to you and as you handle them, please be advised, the books are very fragile and delicate. Both covers have come off and the binding is also almost off as well. Both books have their maps intact but some other pages are loose. Handwritten signature on inside of one of the covers. Some discoloration on pages as well. Volume 1 is from 1874 and volume 2 is from 1875. Please see photos for more details
