In February 1954, Marilyn Monroe visited the U.S. Air Force's 6147th Tactical Control Group—famously nicknamed the "Mosquito Unit"—in Korea during her honeymoon. The troops gifted her a custom B-15C flight jacket bearing their squadron patch, creating an iconic moment later commemorated by repro brands such as Buzz Rickson's and Toys Mccoy.
