Up for sale is a Lane Mid-Century 38" diameter coffee table in excellent condition. As stated, it is approximately 38 inches in diameter and approximately 16 inches in height, with the round top sitting on a reeded/fluted base. It's in excellent condition with no structural damages and slight general wear and tear for a piece this old. I wasn't sure what material this was made of, just knew it was very heavy so upon investigation, I found this piece is a "walnut veneer and solid wood construction" according to an AI search. The search also states that if you take the serial number and read it in reverse, it gives you the date it was manufactured. If true, this piece was manufactured in 1965. It is very solid and ready for a clean-up to use as is or as a project piece for you to refurbish as you want it. Unfortunately, it is too big and heavy to ship, so it is a local pick-up item.
