Designed for novelty and sheer fabrics and very effective.  Although it looks like a dress, the pattern includes a top and skirt or a long line tunic.  It is loose-fitting, pullover top with split sleeves and a band extending into ties.  The lined skirt is panelled and has a shaped hemline and contour waist.  The tunic is fitted, bias cut and has a peplum with a shaped hemline.  The finished garments will vary greatly depending on your choice of fabric
