Overview

This is a Cosel LFA150F-24-J1 open-frame switching power supply module, removed from a working environment. It accepts universal AC100-240V input at 50/60Hz and outputs a regulated 24VDC at up to 6.3A, making it a good fit for control circuitry, relay banks, or auxiliary power in industrial and semiconductor process equipment. The unit is UL/cUL recognized and CE marked, and is made in Japan.

The board is built with a full open-frame switcher topology: an input EMI filter stage with two toroidal common-mode chokes and film capacitors, a bulk input electrolytic capacitor, two yellow-cased Cosel transformer/inductor modules (marked "LF15124TA" and "LF1513800"), an output choke, and dual blue electrolytic output filter capacitors.
