Installation: The phone will be charged once it’s installed into the battery case. The charging will be stopped after fully charged. The battery case won’t automatically charge the phone when the phone battery runs low. Click the power button to start charging. Double click the power button to stop charging.
Plugged-in: The phone and battery case will be charged at the same time while plugged in. The charging will be stopped after fully charged. Use the original charger and cable that come with the phone to charge the battery case as generic or non-original chargers and cables usually cause the battery case to malfunction.
Type-C Wired Headphones, Android Auto, Quick Charge, Wireless Charging or Samsung Pay NOT supported. You have to remove the battery case if you want to sync the phone to a computer.
