Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 120-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, consumers have a right of withdrawal. Only products returned as a whole, in their complete original packaging and in perfect condition, may be subject to a right of withdrawal. The consumer may request a credit on the sums paid, an exchange of the product or a refund of the sums paid. In such a case, A BIJOUX must, within THIRTY DAYS of exercising the right of withdrawal, credit the consumer with a credit or reimburse the sums paid. Returns / Exchanges: - Before any return, please obtain agreement by email, in order to process the return in the best conditions. - An item can be returned to us within 15 days of dispatch (postmark taken as proof) provided that it has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging. - Round-trip postal costs caused by a return are the responsibility of A Bijoux after the customer's request. - We will exchange the item for another model. - A refund will be possible IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT.
