Like its predecessors, it is built around a rotating back adapter mechanism, allowing photographers to easily switch between horizontal and vertical orientations without turning the camera body.
The system operates via a smooth bellows extension system for close-up macro capabilities and incorporates leaf shutter lenses with flash sync at all speeds up to 1/4000 second (dependent on lens model and settings). Utilizing interchangeable film magazines, waist-level or eye-level finders, and focusing screens, the RB67 Pro SD delivers standard 6x7 cm exposures on 120 or 220 roll film, combining complete battery-independent mechanical operation with the enduring modularity inherent to the Mamiya RB platform.
