Hand painted, and partially coloured on what appears to be a thin layer of plaster over a sphere of unknown material
Cartouche with details and signature present but partially obscured
Poles appear to have been infilled
Australia is missing and California is joined to China
The base of polished, fossilised limestone is not original and is designed as a candle holder
Condition
Generally very good with some small areas where the plaster has been lost. No fading to text or images
