This is a NEW EDPM synthetic rubber extrusion which is a direct replacement for the rubber/aluminium seal fitted as original to all XK8, XKR's up to 2006 VIN A48684
It is a simple push fit on to the upper edge of the door. The waist seals are machine cut to size and raedy to fit. No gluing is required.  Full fitting instructions are included.

The original rubber covered aluminium seal is prone to the aluminium oxidising and causing the rubber to bubble up. This replacement NEW EDPM synthetic rubber extrusion will not deteriorate in the same way. New genuine Jaguar Waist Seals are no longer available and used ones are selling at high prices so this direct replacement, giving a similar visual finish, is an economical solution to the problem.

Two seals are included ready to fit to replace both sides. No gluing is required and full fitting instructions included.
