Used, fully functional mechanical vacuum chamber capillary tube passage, occupied in one connection according to ISO KF 25. Originally created to plant thermocouples, but can be used to pass any other small diameter capillary tube. The embedded thermocouple with plug is cut off. Unscrewing the nut loosens the seal and the pipe can be replaced. The set is 316L steel, there is also an additional aluminum cover shown in the photos.
