Item comes in like new condition in the original cardboard sleeve.  The cardboard sleeve DOES HAVE DAMAGE.  Probably NOT suitable for a gift.  The dvd set is still sealed in the original plastic, although DOES also have some damage on the case underneath the plastic.  Case is slightly caved in.
