Vintage RESQVIVAL RV-100 survival knife produced and sold by Kinryu Cutlery of Seki, Japan during the 1980s–1990s.

The RESQVIVAL series consisted of lightweight field and survival knives designed for emergency outdoor use.

This model features a hollow molded-resin handle with an integrated compass in the removable butt cap. The handle is molded with international ground-to-air emergency signals and their meanings.

The blade is made from 440 stainless steel and has a sawback spine.

The original camouflage Cordura nylon sheath and sharpening stone are included.

The knife is unused and retains its factory edge.

There is a visible rub mark on the right side of the blade caused by contact with the sheath.

The resin handle and guard remain in clean condition. The compass in the butt cap works.

The sharpening stone has a small chip at one corner.

The sheath shows minor storage wear. The snap hardware has darkening and oxidation.
