Condition I would rate good for his age.  Arms ratchets are good, hip swizzle bit tight but still has the click, back leg panels are only slightly tight, and head/chest area still spins nicely around and still clicks in place. There is also a gap on the right side of the inside chest area where it turns but does not affect transformation at all.

Stickers from what I can see are slightly worn but some may be misplaced or missing entirely. 

Cannon seems alright with peg still attached.
