Only controlled instruments are shown under consumed licenses. It will control all Class 1, 2 and Class 3 instruments. The SOFT Dongle is MASTER one with full access to all options and drivers. At this price mostly used 1PC per 1 instrument for convenience. 

Chromeleon 7.3.0 can control the same classes, Class1 - Thermo systems. Class 2 - non-Thermo GC and Class 3 - non-Thermo HPLC. Latest versions have two sets of Agilent drivers by Chromeleon and by Agilent. Waters, the second set of Agilent and MS drivers are installed separately. You can use MODIFY function to achieve most of this, but never REPAIR as you will lose license.
HP PC EliteDesk G3 with 500+ GB SSD, 8GB RAM4 is included. It has unusual 3-year warranty from the factory and 100+ in field we only had 1 failure after 8+ years. Transfers and upgrades are blocked.  PC was in storage last 3+ years.
