This is a NOS aftermarket NAPA (pt # 620-2206) gear shift knob. This fits Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, and Buick cars. See the compatibility chart for fitment to specific models and specific years.

New old stock - packaging is a bit rough and has a hole partially exposing the gear shift knob, but it doesn't appear there was any damage, but some dust might gotten into the package.
