Returns & Customer Service Policy
All
graded trading cards are photographed to show the actual condition as
accurately as possible. Please carefully review all listing photos
before purchasing to confirm the item meets your expectations.
Returns
will only be approved if the item arrives damaged during shipping, is
lost in transit, or differs drastically from the written description in
the listing. You must message us within 30 calendar days after delivery
and provide clear photographic proof of the problem for verification.
Buyers
are responsible for entering a complete, accurate shipping address at
checkout. We ship strictly to the address confirmed on your eBay order.
Any additional charges for returned packages or reshipments caused by
incorrect or incomplete buyer-provided address details are the buyer's
sole responsibility.
We
do NOT accept returns, exchanges or refunds caused by buyer's remorse,
accidental mistaken purchases, or subjective disagreement regarding
grading, color tone and minor surface details already visible in listing
photographs.
