• To my valued customers, I send my items by FedEx from my work at the US Embassy Manila to my son in Washington State.  Once it arrives in the USA, the items are dispersed thru the USPS (United States Post Office) to my customers.  If customers would like item sent with tracking, please contact me before item is sent to arrange payment for the extra postage for this.  I send items by 1st class letter mail and I do guarantee delivery.   I am doing this so items get to my customers faster.
This patch measures 3 7/8 inches.  Condition as seen on photo.  I'm not sure if this patch if made during the war or after.
