This book is over 54 years old, so some wear should be expected. With that being said, it is in preowned, light wear, used condition, light tanning. Cover has a small tear, bottom right corner. A couple pages have a ragged top page edge. Looks as if pages were Uncut, when made, then pulled apart. ( see photos) Staple binding. Binding is good, no loose pages, 96 pages.
