Item Condition 

Used car parts are pre-owned components salvaged from vehicles, all parts are checked before dismantled. 

Please note, all parts are used, unless the description says otherwise.

Please expect that the parts may have some signs of cosmetic wear and scratches. 

Please view the photos to ensure that you are happy with what you are buying, please also note that some scratches and other wear may be hardly visible on photos

Compatibility 

I am unable to check if the item is compatible with your vehicle. 

May fit many other vehicles / models, please check the part number for compatibility. 

I will not accept responsibility for the part not being compatible with your vehicle, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the part number to ensure it is compatible. 

Postage / Delivery

Most Items are posted with Royal Mail tracked service.

Please note that I cannot take responsibility for delivery times. 

Parcels are usually posted within 1 working day.

Next day delivery is available at extra cost.

If you require international postage please purchase through eBay global shipping service.

Buyers are more than welcome to collect items in person.

Returns / Warranty

All parts have a 30-day limited warranty, unless the item/part has been physically damaged.

If items are returned for whatever reason please ensure that the item is well packed for transit purposes.

No refunds will be issued until the original item has been received and inspected. 

Please note that if any inquiries are made after this period, we won't be able to provide you with a refund

All our items are DNA marked. If the returned item doesn't match the condition, appearance, or contents of what was originally supplied, the refund will be put on hold for investigation. The warranty will be voided, and no refunds will be given if the returned item does not meet our return policy. This also applies to any items that are tampered with, dismantled, or incomplete.

This warranty covers parts only. It does not cover any labour or garage charges, nor does it cover any issues that arise from installing the part.
