VTG 40s Black Rayon Fitted Dress w Sailor Collar 36W

Nice vintage 1940s fitted sailor style dress
the cut of this dress is quite slimming
fabric is a rayon blend, not the real silky rayon, but nice
off white with black striped ribbon trim on the collar
dress has an off white belt, don't think this is the original belt but looks good with the dress
belt is edged with silver tone metal beads, silver tone buckle
​fitted at the waist
sailor style collar
short sleeves with a turn up cuff
thin shoulder pads
buttons up the front 
2 side slant pockets
really a nice dress but does have about 6 small holes, hard to notice if a black slip is worn under it, I put pictures up of the worse ones
the ribbon trim is a little dingy and has holes probably from a brooch, nothing major
dress has some iron sheen on the folds
