This listing is a 39-piece set of silver plated utensils from various brands including BSF, Oneida, Newport, and Rogers & Bros. 

The pieces are from the early 20th to mid-20th century and are of silverplate composition. The utensils are definitely tarnished and have many different patterns as shown in the photos. 

Made in the United States Brazil and Germany, this mixed lot of silverware is a nostalgic and unique addition to any antique collection. 

I am not sure how they will look polished but it should improve their appearance significantly, if desired.
