New in that it is unused, not out of packaging. But packaging is not mint. There is some wear, scuffs, marks and bends, creasing, lifting/splitting at edges/corners and dust and debris from storage. Some smash to plastic as pictured. Sounds/lights no longer work; may need new batteries but don’t know how battery compartments look as it may have corrosion (doesn’t appear from outside of package). Sold as is. Check condition; no returns.
