Jacket is in fair-good used condition with signs of regular wear.  Hole in right elbow,  undersides of sleeves have wear.  Reflective, removable hood, unable to guarantee waterproofing.  Jacket is clean.  Please see pictures for details, refer to measurements for best fit.  Thanks for looking!
