These can easily ship with just a stamp, HOWEVER they do not come with tracking that way. If you WANT tracking, you must contact me for an adjusted invoice. *** I have no "SHIP TO" restrictions on my ACEO listings. This is some sort of ebay glitch that I have called twice about, given 2 different answers and no solution. My shipping on my ACEO cards are as follows. They will ship usps first class mail letter. This costs the price of one stamp and does not come with tracking. It is a flat rate to all buyers of .67 cents. If it is combined shipping normally more than one can ship for the same stamp. I will refund you any difference if you buy multiples or contact me before so I can adjust the invoice. I updated every one of my listings and hopefully buyers caan purchase.
