Box has a little wear - some tears and ceases and dents  There was never manufacturing tape on the package - this is how it was sold. Still attacthed to  insert base. Bought this at a University store in WA - in Seattle-- is close to the same condition as when I bought it. Pretty rare. Was kept in a smoke free home.
