A very rare Ottoman sword, etched with a brass hilt. Made by the sword maker —VAHRAM TADJIRIAN , an Armenian sword maker from Constantinople. The grip is wood or horn, I don’t think it was ever covered with leather or sharkskin. Some of The wire is missing from the grip. Scabbard is nickel plated with brass rings. There is a small crack in the scabbard that should be repaired. There are a couple of small dents to the scabbard, which is very common and often done on purpose to keep the sword more secure in the scabbard. There is a name of the maker or owner on the spine of the blade
