This is a classic troll doll, likely made by Russ Berrie, dressed in a pink fleece dragon or dinosaur costume with green belly scales and a hood with a small horn. This example features blue hair, amber/brown eyes, and a dressed/costumed variant which were popular in the 1990s Russ Berrie lineup.
