Natural separation in the NEOM Real Luxury Bath Foam (as seen in the photographs) is completely normal because it is formulated with high percentages of natural ingredients and pure essential oils, without artificial stabilizing chemicals. This means that the oils and base can occasionally drift apart. Gently shake the bottle before each use to blend the natural oils and foaming agents back together. I tried this and it worked, although it does create a few bubbles at the top of the bottle, as you can see from the photographs.
