A superb original Antique hand painted leather top footstool or milking stool.
In untouched condition and solid and sturdy. The top is a hand painted continental town scene on leather fixed with studs. The leather has dried out and cracked with age and there is one pin prick hole.
Circa 1920's and possibly made in Austria or one of the neighbouring countries.
Made from natural wood with a wonderful gnarl left on one of the legs.
The leather may benefit from a gentle clean.
Measuring 12 inch long x 9.5 inch wide x 6 inches high.
