I declare that my client has for more than 12 years leased for the passage of his cattle a meadow within the boundaries of said town called Marimata, which belongs to the chaplaincy founded by Don Diego Ximenez Orgaz and is currently owned by Don Pedro Hernández, also a priest of said parish church, who on August 3rd last, evicted my client from the lease of said meadow...

Diego Ximenez Orgaz y actualmente posee Don Pedro Hernández, también presbítero de dicha parroquial, por quién en el día 3 de agosto próximo pasado se desaució de la renta de dicho prado a mi parte...
