IRELAND: 1884 GB 2½d lilac on returned envelope from Dublin to Buenos Aires, Argentina cancelled Dublin duplex 'No 15 84.' Argentine black circular mark and blue manuscript marks on front. On reverse a full strike of the rare three-line 'Sent back to England/without a reason/for non-delivery' rectangular steel handstamp in red; also a Buenos Aires 'D128 84' cds, 'PUBLICADA' black circular mark and a Buenos Aires rectangular mark in black. Very scarce instructional handstamp.
The envelope will be sent by tracked and insured mail to local customers, or by tracked and insured airmail (Australia Post's international standard service) to overseas customers. Deliveries overseas are taking up to a month. Any import/customs duty payable is the responsibility of the buyer. For EU buyers, please ask for invoice before paying so I can adjust the total to allow for the new import duty.
