This is a rare, incredible piece of history.  Includes all twelve issues of Pickwick Papers, The Magazine of Motor Travel from 1929. marked as Volume 3 and personalized with the name J.W.Stevenson.  Spine is coming apart due to age.  Ends of pages are tanned, and there is an occasional stained page, one torn(but intact page), but overall pages are in very good condition. Magazines are 3 hole punched, likely were in a binder first. In preparing magazines for binding, they appear to have been trimmed which affected the covers which have text on the bottom edge that is cut off.  However, pages have enough border that this is not an issue.  Magazine is focused on the US Southwest region. Many, many incredible advertisements including Shell, Texaco, Pickwick Airways, Firestone, Union Gasoline, hotels, restaurants, and much more! Some are in color. Truly amazing, but belongs in better hands than mine.
