Wireless controllers may need to be synchronised with your console before first use. This is normal for wireless controllers. If you are unsure how to do this, please message me.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 14-day warranty for faulty items from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with the warranty sticker intact. Removed or damaged warranty stickers will void the warranty. This warranty covers electronic faults only and excludes general Wear & Tear, Liquid Damage or Abuse.

Refund requests made after 14 days, or for items returned without the original packaging, will not be accepted. Returned controllers will be tested, and a refund will only be issued when the reported fault is confirmed.

All controllers are tested with an official Microsoft headset. We cannot be held responsible for compatibility issues with third-party headsets.
