Alan is an English Radio Presenter, author and podcaster.  He presented the well known late night talk show "Night Owls" for 40 years or so on Metro Radio which was based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. In the latter years the programme was also broadcast on TFM and Greatest Hits Radio North East.  He also presented 14 different television series for Tyne Tees Television.
