I can date this letter to 1997 when Lorraine was very helpful in supplying a recipe. 

Lorraine was born in Glasgow in 1959 and has worked in television pretty much all her working life. Most of her work has been seen at breakfast time on programmes such as Good Morning Britain (1988-1992) GMTV (1993-2010), This Morning (2003-2005 and 2016), Daybreak (2012-2014) and Lorrainer from 2010 to the present day. She was awarded an OBE in 2012 and was subsequently promoted to a CBE in 2020.  She is one of Britain's much loved presenters. 

This will be sent in a card backed envelope. The letter had been folded across the middle prior to being received.
