Book is in very good condition with tanning to the pages, but they are not brittle.  Name and address written neatly on bottom, left corner on the back cover and name written on top, left corner of the title page.  Stamped with a price of 15 cents.  There is a book marker at the back of the book which was never removed.  Contains 36 pages, is soft cover, and measures 8" x 10.5".
