Super cute iconic Y2K cargo pants by Express - light blue cotton blend fabric with a sateen finish, straight/wide cinchable legs from the knees to hems, zip closure and drawstring waist, back flap pockets and side flap pocket and zip pocket, made in Hong Kong.

Good condition - pants show wear with fading at the knees, all over streakiness and fading, and a tiny dark mark at one knee pointed out. Lots of wear left!
