Heavy duty frame hangers either hang directly onto screw-fixed wall hooks or use with heavy gauge picture cord or wire.

 If using with picture cord or wire fix the hangers at a slight angle in towards the back of the frame, this will help with hanger / cord / hook alignment when under load.

Brass plated steel.  2.5mm thick steel wire loop is shaped with the strap folded through it, giving a very high resistance to opening under load.
