New in original packaging. The clear plastic outer blister pack shows heavy age-related yellowing and shelf wear from vintage storage, but the shift knob and adapter hardware inside remain completely unused and sealed. Please note that while there is no smoke odor detected and the yellowing appears to be strictly from age, I am not the original owner and cannot guarantee its history prior to my possession.
