Cute a-line skirt by Uniform petite John Paul Richard. Has two pleats in both front and back.  Side invisible zipper, lined yoke (no waistband).

Shades of green and pink large floral. Approx 30" waist at the below normal waist, 19" long. 97% cotton,  3% spandex, has some stretch.
