2 Testing Comes First

Once we receive your module, our technicians will test it before performing any repair. Typical repair and testing time is approximately 1–2 business days, depending on the condition of the unit. If no issue is found, we will return your module and refund the repair cost minus a $110 diagnostic fee.

3 Important Reminder

Please be sure to leave in all of your external fuses & relays when sending in your module. Missing fuses & relays may have to be replaced by us and may result in additional fees.

In some cases, a module may require additional repairs. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss options before proceeding.
