It appears that despite numerous objections from private sellers, Ebay are imposing their SIMPLE DELIVERY, with the result that I will no longer be able to insist that Royal Mail get a SIGNATURE upon delivery (thereby ensuring that the item is safely handed to a human, not stuffed through a letter-box for a dog to eat, or chucked over a fence to be lost in the undergrowth). For this reason, I never used EVRI or any other carrier (who only care about how quick they can get rid of their packages).

Simple Delivery IS NOT SIMPLE and DOES NOT DELIVER.

Fortunately Ebay have now allowed items to be collected by our post-person (rather than impose extra expense and time on us delivering to a Post Office), but I now get nothing for packaging, Ebay preferring profits to protecting precious items.

Despite this, I will continue to place all items into a plastic bag (to ensure they are not damaged), then an envelope/box that is securely sealed, with address and return labels -  so that the item should get safely to you - or at least be returned to me if not.

Most of the items I am selling are part of my Library/Archive that I have spent decades collecting. I want to know that they have got to a good home!

If you want a number of items that I have for sale, please get in touch, so that you can save money on postage, and I can possibly offer a reduction too.
