What You Need to Know            

A. No refunds /exchanges /credits / holds. No cancellation of bids / offers / wins. No exceptions.

B. Bidding restrictions? I cant help you with this.

C. Can I get a discount? Everyday low prices & low margins mean no discounts, volume or otherwise. No price matching. No offers. Use “Best Offer” where available. I do not respond to any questions about discounts. 

D. If your questions relate to the following:

(a)  Discounts or deals on either price or shipping

(b)  When is it getting posted?

(c)  When do I get tracking?

(d)  When will it arrive?

(e)  Is pick up available? 

(f)   Canceling a bid or a win;

(g)  I want a BIN instead of auction; or

(h)  I need the item for a function.

E: Want to end the auction early? If you want to end an auction early, subject to approval, the auction price increases by 30% of the current value (price & shipping).    

How does this work? I will adjust the listing BEFORE you bid. After you bid, I will then close the listing early for you assuming ebay allows it. If ebay rejects the early close, it will not be available, so the earlier you request this during the life of the listing, the more likely it can be done. Handling period applies as usual. Refer item K.

F: You've paid! Thank you. There is no need to tell me as the system shows this for me & you. 

G: Shipping is generally by Parcel Post – XS$10, S$12, M$16, L$20, XL$24 & Flat A4 envelope $10. I do not make money on shipping. You pay what I pay. If the invoice is more than I paid, I will give you a refund of the excess after shipping. No untracked options.

H: Change of address: I only ship to your ebay addressat the time the item is won. If you want to change the address after you have won, you need to cancel the initial bid incorrect bid, I will relist & then you bid on the relisted item using your preferred address.

I: Combined shipping: 
a) Please advise which specific items you want combined. Please do this before the first item ends.
b) Please advise the number of listings you have asked me to combine in the Comments section of the combined invoice when you are paying the combined invoice. That way, I can cross check that I am sending you everything you are expecting.
c) The listings for combined items must end within 7 calendar days of each other & go to the same address.

J: Combined shipping payment: For combined shipping, do not pay for the items individually. Wait for the combined invoice. In the Comments area of the combined invoice, please insert the number of listings for which you are expecting to be combined.

K: Handling period: Factor in the handling period. Ebay allows the seller a handling period for every transaction. Your Order system will tell you which day is the end of the handling period. This coincides with when I need to send any particular item. The handling period starts when payment is made. The handling period ends at midnight on the business day ebay says the item should be posted (the due out day). My handling period is usually 2 calendar days after your payment & it excludes weekends. If you pay on Friday, the item will be due out by end of day on Tuesday. If you pay on Monday, the item will be due out by end of day on Wednesday.

L. Public holidays & weekends are added on to the handling period. Eg: If you pay on Thursday at 2 pm, the due out date/time will be end of day on Monday. If Monday is a public holiday, then the due out time is end of day Tuesday.

M. When is tracking available? Tracking will be updated in the ebay system (your order page) by midnight on the final BD of the handling period. Sometimes if I have had a busy day, I will mark the item as “Sent” & update tracking the next day. I update in batches & I don’t email tracking numbers. 

N. Is it sent yet? Go to your Order page. "Yes" if it’s after the due out time & you see a tracking number. "No" if the system shows no tracking. Please do not ask for tracking before the due out time. But if there is no meaningful tracking & it’s after the due out time, please get in touch and I will help you. 

O. What if the parcel seems lost? Please get in touch so I can initiate a search with Australia Post. Aust Post has minimum delay periods before such a search can be initiated.    

P. Express Post: Please ask for this BEFORE you bid. I may not be able to give you this b/c I cant get to the Post Office in time. If it is possible, I will issue an updated invoice. Do not pay until the invoice has been updated. Handling period applies as usual.

Q. Pick ups: No try ons, no pick ups, no meet ups, no coffee.

R. Non Payment: Failure to pay is a violation of the Abusive Buyer Policy. Non payment is reported, no exceptions & ebay will record a defect on your account. Defects may restrict you ability to bid in the future.     

S. Bid retraction: If you retract a bid & select “Entered wrong amount”, you also need to enter the correct amount. Without that, ebay will give you a defect on your account.

T. Faulty? Please arrange a return/full refund through ebay’s claim system as I do not give discounts for faulty items.

U. Communication: Don’t assume that I have read your message unless I have specifically responded to it. If you’re late to pay, I may call you at any time.

V. Aust Post delays: I cannot influence Aust Post deliveries once the item is in transit, however, please refer to paragraph O.
