The bottom is marked 473 1 Qt.  Pyrex Ovenware Made in USA.  

It measures 8" from handle to handle, 6" across and 3" deep. 3.5" with the lid on. 

In Very Good, lightly used condition.  No chips, cracks or scratches.  Very Good color. 

Would make a lovely addition to any vintage Pyrex collection.
